"This is a quality instrument from Dick of Germany. It is for the pre-slaughter or emergency killing of large poultry (chickens, ducks, turkeys) up to approx 16kg, and small animals (rodents and similar) up to 5kg body weight. It is not suitable for very large birds (eg geese) or larger mammals (lambs, piglets etc). Its use is not permitted on any other animals. The device operates a captive bolt of 4.7mm diameter and 25mm length. It is loaded manually. Device is 24cm long overall. Comprehensive instructions are included."
