Mulesing powder is a wound dressing for sheep, cattle and goats, and is also a dressing for sheep following mules operation. Can also be used effectively at dehorning of cattle to prevent fly strike. Dosage: Apply powder liberally all over wound area ensuring that powder enters any crevices and cavities under the skin. Withholding Period: Sheep, pigs and goats: do not administer less than 14 days before slaughter for human consumption.

Due to regulatory changes, the following products will be discontinued and unavailable in Australia after 10th September 2025:

• WSD Flystrike Powder 500g
• WSD Mulesing Powder 12.5kg

 

This is in response to a Notice of Cancellation issued by the APVMA regarding the active constituent Diazinon. As a result, these products cannot be sold or possessed beyond the cutoff date.

 

We anticipate stock will sell out over the coming months. If any inventory remains by 10th March 2025, we will remove it from sale in advance of the final deadline.
