Farmhand prodders are very reliable and pass all of our user requirements and are available at an excellent price. Output is 6,900v. Available as regular (yellow) battery powered (4x C-cell batteries) or as 240V rechargable (red) battery powered (NiMH battery). Both units can cope with short-term immersion in water (water resistant to IP45). Both feature On/Off master switches which prevent accidental use, and eliminate residual shock. Shafts are polycarbonate and feature an o-ring seal to ensure contacts stay dry.
