This cover is made from high-quality polyester rip-stop material which will stand up to heavy use. Water and wind resistance is high. Material will not flap in the wind like plastic covers do, thus keeping the calf warmer and calmer. Cover features reinforced elastic loops for hind legs. These make for quick and easy fitting, excellent retention and removal.
