Large round cage trap with four entrances so multiple birds can be caught at one time.

Green epoxy finish preserves the magpie trap from the effects of time and blends in much better with the landscape, increasing its trapping potential.

Each entrance is a separate compartment where bird cannot escape or eat bait or decoy. Falling doors are triggered by tilting perch.

A separate central round cage area is for placement of bait or decoy bird - ideally a decoy bird from a different area is used (to be fed, watered in the central cage for short periods as others are caught).

The bait or decoy is the most important element of this trap, if one type is not successful, another must be tried.

This cage creates many catches mostly from spring onwards, the period of reproduction and births.

Trap should be placed in an open area, not under a tree.
