Hoof Block Softwood 10-Pack

Optional softer wood blocks for use with Bovi-Bond, Septicare or other hoof-block adhesives. Single-direction grip cuts. These blocks are useful where a shorter wear period is desired. Blocks wear off in 4-6 weeks, so removal is not necessary. Length 125mm. Specialists in hoof trimming can have different views on which are better - softwood or hardwood blocks. At Shoof we are supplying hardwood blocks as default in our hoof-blocking kits, but offering both blocks for restocking. Hardwood blocks last longer on the hoof, and are probably the most reliable treatment for severe injuries.
